Abyssal Caverns Dimension Mod

Abyssal Caverns Dimension is an add-on that adds an entirely new underground dimension to explore. It's accessed through a hidden portal in an Ancient City: clear away the surrounding sculk and ignite the portal with Flint and Steel to open the gateway. What's on the other side is a sprawling, endless underground world built around 6 unique biomes, 26 new mobs and 8 dungeons to find and clear.

What Awaits Below

The dimension is designed around exploration and combat rather than resource gathering. Each of the six biomes has its own visual identity and creature population, and the 26 new mobs range across passive, neutral and hostile types depending on where you venture. The eight dungeons are scattered across the dimension and offer the most concentrated challenge the add-on has to offer, rewarding players who push further into the depths.

The portal entry through the Ancient City is a smart design choice that ties the new dimension into existing late-game progression. You'll need to reach and survive an Ancient City before the dimension even becomes accessible, which makes the whole experience feel earned rather than handed to you from the start.
