How to make a skin pack

  1. Upload one or more Minecraft skins as .png files (64×64 or 64×32 skin textures — the same files you would use on any skin site).
  2. Give each skin a name (optional) and enter a name for the whole pack.
  3. Click ⚡ Make Skin Pack and download the generated .mcpack file.

How to install a .mcpack skin pack

  1. Open the downloaded file — on Windows 10/11 just double-click it; on Android/iOS tap it and choose Open with Minecraft.
  2. Minecraft Bedrock starts and imports the pack automatically ("Import started / successful").
  3. Go to Profile → Edit Character → Owned — your skins are there, ready to wear.

FAQ

What is a .mcpack file?

It's Minecraft Bedrock's add-on package format — a zip archive with a manifest that the game recognizes and imports automatically. This tool builds it for you, so you don't have to edit manifest.json by hand.

Does it work on Java Edition?

No — skin packs are a Bedrock Edition feature (Windows 10/11, Android, iOS, consoles). On Java Edition you change your skin at minecraft.net, one skin per account.

How many skins can I add?

Up to 100 skins per pack, each .png up to 40 KB — enough for any normal skin texture.

Classic or Slim model?

Classic (Steve) skins have 4-pixel-wide arms, Slim (Alex) — 3-pixel. Pick the model each skin was drawn for in the dropdown next to it; a slim skin on the classic model (or vice versa) shows glitched arms.

Where can I get skins?

Draw your own in any skin editor, or download ready-made ones from our Minecraft skins collection — every skin there is a compatible .png.

Is it free?

Completely free, no watermarks, no sign-up. The pack you download is yours — use it on your own device or share it with friends.
