Useless Lever from "Bite Size Minecraft"

I did not create this but it took forever to make and it is just a little fun thing that I though I could make more readily available.

PS. If you build with Schematica (mod) you will need to cycle through the ticks on the repeaters till you get the right one due to a bug (I think it's a bug) where Schematica can't copy repeater settings. If you don't understand this then you probably don't need to worry about anything. :D PPS. I like smiley faces. :D
