First: yeah, I didn't know how to name it
Second: this is the 12th building in this style :((
Make sure to place the building with the floor in the ground. If the printer isn't working, just make space for the oak planks that make the floor and they should be put automatically. As always, no furniture so it's up to you how you place things. You can cover some of the windows if you don't want so many windows and a small garden near it can change it's aspect from acceptable to very nice. Enjoy!
