This should work for Christmas, birthday, really any event that you'll need a gift for (you'll have to fill it cause it's empty) (This is NOT a small gift it is 13 blocks tall by 13 blocks wide [so if you want to give someone a big gift this will be perfect, especially if they say they don't want anything!])

.litematicfile into the.minecraft/schematics/folder. - In game, press M to open the Litematica menu and choose Load Schematics.
