Chevrolet Cars Mod

Chevrolet Cars brings seven real Chevrolet models to Minecraft with a driving system that goes well beyond the typical vehicle addon. The lineup spans muscle cars, sports cars and trucks: two generations of Camaro SS, three Corvette variants including the high-speed CX.R Vision GT capped at 420 km/h, the classic 1967 Impala, the Silverado ZR2 pickup and the Trailblazer RS. Each vehicle has its own top speed, emissive headlights you can toggle while driving, and customizable color using any dye in the game.

How the Driving Works

Before you can drive, the vehicle needs fuel. Three fuel types are supported: Coal for combustion, Redstone for electric, and a hybrid mix of both. Fuel consumption scales with speed, so pushing a Corvette at full throttle burns through it faster than cruising in a Trailblazer. Once fueled, you'll need a key to start the engine — without it the car won't move. The driving experience includes progressive acceleration, an automatic transmission system, and a functional speedometer HUD showing current speed in km/h, RPM and remaining fuel.

Upgrades and Extra Features

Vehicles can be upgraded through multiple engine stages, each raising top speed and acceleration. Upgrades are applied using special engine items available from the in-game shop, which runs on iron ingots. A Wrench item lets you despawn any vehicle cleanly. Collisions with mobs deal damage based on current speed, and the whole system comes with vehicle sound effects that change with engine state.

Crafting

The mod includes a full set of crafting recipes covering fuel components, engine upgrades, the key, the wrench and other items needed to run and maintain the vehicles. All recipes use the standard crafting table with vanilla materials.
